Unfortunately, ash&stone does not offer cash back if you are unhappy with your order.
If the purchaser is not satisfied, ash&stone must be notified within 24 hours of receipt and a store credit may be issued based on the circumstances. Please note that it is the purchaser's responsibility to return the original item.
We do not accept returns on items received as gifts.

Should your item break within 21 days of receipt we will gladly exchange it for a new one provided the item is returned to our warehouse. Exchanges will not be makde on items which break or damage due to force or negligence including failure to adhere to care insturctions.
